CAMP FOR BELLA CASA WORKERS

Our workers are important to us; it is finally their hard work and skilled labor that brings our imagination to the reality. In an attempt to celebrate their contribution and hard work, we provided them with all the basic comforts while working at the site we built a first of its kind camp. The camp has individual rooms for all the workers and every room is specially designed to allow free flow of light and ventilation. The facility can accommodate about 500 people. Electricity and drinking water is made available to all the rooms. We also started a canteen facility where freshly cooked meals are given to all the workers. The camp houses a school, crèche for kids, gender specific washrooms along with a housekeeping agency that maintains the hygiene of the premises.

PROJECT KUSHAL

SKILL ENHANCEMENT FOR SITE SUPERVISORS

Project Kushal is a unique program designed to improve and enhance the skills and knowledge of our site supervisors. This initiative intends to update & improves their skill set, thus ensures that they are better equipped to successfully achieve the objectives with quality, speed and efficiency. Our project Myworld was the first such project where Kushal was launched by CREDAI Pune Metro.

EDUCATION

Rachana Lifestyle provides better educational opportunities to underprivileged kids through its ‘Prem Rachana Foundation’. This initiative has undertaken computer education for almost 350 students. These students include the class V to Class IX under privileged children studying in “Late Mrs.Vimlabai Nerlekar Secondary School” situated at Ramnagar, (Khadakwadi) at Post Mandvi, Pune. This has greatly helped students of farmers, labourers and workers from Mandvi and nearby villages such as Kudje, Aglambe etc. enjoy the benefit of knowledge of computers which will, in turn, help them shape their future careers.

SPORTS

As part of our corporate social responsibility, we have been the main sponsor of the premier ranking Tennis tournament – “The Om Dalvi Memorial Tennis Tournament.” This endeavour supports the cause of fighting cancer and also gives scholarships to upcoming, talented tennis players.
